She rushed to the bathroom as her stinging hand was getting too much, and seemed to have got worse, now it was exposed to the air. As quickly as she could, she washed the fowl stench off her hand. What was going on? And how did her hand end up inside Ben’s backside? And that weird tick, stuck to his back! Her head felt fuzzy, almost like a hangover, but crossed between jetlag. She still had the fatigue and tiredness like never before.

After scrubbing her hand clean, Sue looked at it. It was bright red, like it had been burned, almost like it had been dipped in some sort of corrosive. But how was that possible, was Ben’s ass juice so bad, it was acidic!

She looked outside of the bathroom and could see Ben stirring.

“Get the kettle on love. I feel like shit.”

“Really!” Sue said, as she stomped over to him.

She was going to have a right go at him, until she saw how bad he looked. His skin was a glowing pink colour, and his eyes were bloodshot, like he had been on a bender for the whole weekend.

“Yeah, okay Ben, but you look terrible.”

“Think I got the flu from that water we swam in.”

“Ye, could be. Perhaps you should see the doctor on Monday?”

“Hmm, might do, but right now a coffee would be great.”

“Me too. I will get the kettle on.”

Sue went off into the kitchen, while Ben slowly took off his jeans, that for some reason were half-way down his legs! He felt grubby and dirty and as he stripped off the rest of his clothes, he could smell last night’s sweat all over them. It had a funny fishy smell to it, and he did not like it, one bit. Standing there naked, he could now also see how pink his whole body looked, and then remembered how it felt tingly yesterday, but that had gone now!

“I’m going for a shower love.” Ben shouted, as he walked out of the bedroom past the kitchen door and then into the bathroom.

“Okay, I have got some breakfast on the go, so don’t be too long.”

Ben did not reply. The last thing on his mind was food and right now all he wanted to do was get rid of that awful fishy smell that was covering him, and his rancid clothes.

Ben opened the clothes wash basket in the bathroom and shoved the clothes inside, giving it a spray of deodorant, before closing the lid, then got in the shower.
